THOOTHUKUDI: Thoothukudi could become the electric vehicle hub of South Asia, Industries Minister TRB Rajaa said at the groundbreaking ceremony of electric vehicle firm VinFast at SIPCOT campus in Sillantham village near Thoothukudi on Sunday.
