China increasing investments in energy sector of Central Asia – EDB
AKIPRESS.COM – Central Asia is strengthening cooperation with China in energy sector, according to the report released by the Eurasian Development Bank.
Mutual interest of cooperation is explained by a role of China as one of main foreign investors in the region.
According to monitoring of mutual investments, the volume of accumulated foreign direct investments from China in Central Asia grew to $55.9 billion in the first half of 2023.
